Finally, Mumbai will play a crucial role in the final stages of the tournament. The city hosts two league matches and both play-off matches at the prestigious Cricket Club of India (CCI).

The winning format remains unchanged from last season. The team at the top of the league table will automatically qualify for the finals. Meanwhile, the second- and third-placed teams will meet in an eliminator on March 13, fighting for a spot in the grand final scheduled for March 15.

Following the successful single-header format, WPL 2025 will see all 22 matches as independent events. This approach ensures uninterrupted focus on every game, maximizing audience engagement in stadiums and broadcast platforms.
