Wisconsin’s Nyzier Fourqurean Eledunction by saying Division II years should not count against eligibility

Madison, Wis. – Wisconsin Cornerback Nyzier Fourquurean submitted a ban by saying that two seasons played in Division II Grand Valley should not count against his eligibility at the faculty.

Fourqurean, who completed his senior season in Wisconsin last fall, filed a brief support of his case in the US District Court in Madison, Wisconsin. He brought his case to the Court after NCAA denied his waiver that would give him an additional year of eligibility.
