A woman in New Zealand has arrested a two-year-old girl while he found his luggage while traveling on the bus.
Police said the officers called to the Kaiwaka bus stop, in a small town in the northern country, as a passenger on Sunday asked to access the baggage compartment.
“The driver worryed when the bag moved. When the driver opened the suitcase, the two-year-old girl found,” the police officer reported.
The woman, 27 years old, has been arrested and responsible for the treatment / neglect of a child.
“The little girl was reported to be very hot, but otherwise it appeared physically injured,” Police said.
They have been taken to the hospital, where they are doing medical evaluation, they added.
The relationship between the woman and the child is not known.
The woman is on the north coast on Monday on Monday.
“We want to recognize and praise the bus driver, that something was not noticed and took immediate action, to prevent what the result could be worse,” police said.
