“The leader has no serious challenge”

It’s election day in Belarus – Alexander Lukashenko will continue to rule the country for 31 years.

The leader, once described by the BBC’s Russia editor, Steve Rosenberg, as “Europe’s last dictator”, cast his vote outside the polling station before holding a four-hour press conference.
