The American Football Association begins to pressure Congress on the ESPN deal

The agreement between the American Football Association and the ESPN is “undisputed”, because it is not approved by the federal government.

The league started to secure the blessing of Uncle Sam.

Via Reuters, the American Football Association has Awareness To 30 different Congress offices. The pressure efforts include discussing the conditions of the deal and explaining how it will lead to an increase in the consumer selection.

(We are not sure how to own ESPN and/or operate the assets of the American Football Association and the American Football Association, which owns 10 percent of ESPN to increase the consumer selection, but we are not inside the group trying to press.)

The Ministry of Justice will review the arrangement. It is likely that, at least a year. The current administration remains a wild card that will undoubtedly achieve the American Football Association, ESPN, ABC, and Disney to: (1) No sudden movements; And (2) Think of happy ideas.

Lawyer André B. said. Barlo: “The deal can lead to the high costs of consumers, as Disney’s dominance in sports media can limit options and increase the prices of broadcasting services or access to the game.”

Other broadcast partners in the US Football Association may also have concerns. With the league possesses 10 percent of ESPN, the US Football Association is now competing with its partners. It has a firm interest in helping ESPN win the endless competition for the eyes and money.

Of course, there is a simple solution to other broadcast partners in the American Football Association – I am looking for a way to give them stocks as well.

Since the league already has part of Skydance, and because Skydance now owns Paramount, the league has a stake in CBS. Why doesn’t a piece of fox, Amazon, Netflix or any other companies broadcast the American Football Association games?

And yes, this includes COMCAST, the parent company of NBC. If/when it happens, things can become interesting here.

At least.
