Shakur Stevenson believes Turki Al-Sheikh can make a fight between him and Gervonta Davis

Shakur Stevenson thinks Turki Al-Sheikh will have a mega-fight between him and Jervonta ‘Tank’ Davis in 2025 after meeting the Baltimore native. A tank is going to be highly valued in battle. Ryan has already said he wants $150 million to fight Garcia. He may need the same amount to fight Stevenson, who is not involved.

Can Al-Sheikh deliver?

Stevenson believes that Al-Sheikh wanting to fight him will be beneficial to Tank (30-0, 28 KOs). That decision will affect whether Shakur (22-0, 10 KOs) wins his next fight against Floyd Schofield next month in Riyadh on February 22.

Another bad showing for Stevenson could diminish his chances of a fight with Davis because the last thing he wants to fight is a runner unwilling to stand up and engage.

Shakur tries to win points using his hit-and-run style, assuming the judges will give him the decision. He nearly lost to Edwin De Los Santos and we saw him chase and beat him around the ring by Robezy Ramirez at the Olympics.

“He is a good man. I’m glad I got the chance to meet him. I’m grateful for the opportunity, and now I can show who I am,” Shakur Stevenson said. Pro boxing fans As for Turki Al-Sheikh on his February 22 card against Floyd Schofield in Riyadh.

Stevenson says he wants to tell Scofield about the message for next month’s fight. “He might try to look for the hit early. Once he realizes that he cannot find him, he goes on the back foot.

“I think this is a great battle. I think he (Turkey) will save boxing. So, once Tank goes with him, I think the fight is going to happen,” Shakur Turki said of his belief that Al-Sheikh will set up a battle between him and Gervonta Davis after meeting the Baltimore native.

“He looks like a businessman. I think he wants to make as much money as possible in boxing. That’s good for him,” Shakur said, responding to reports that Tank wanted $150 million for his rematch with Ryan Garcia.

Stevenson injury problems

In recent workouts, WBC lightweight Shakur has been tapping with only his left hand and his surgically repaired right hand.

Floyd looked like he could collapse immediately after being under pressure in the first round. Stevenson had no choice but to try Schofield, who had been introduced by the Golden Boy.

If he’s fighting the 22-year-old Schofield (18-0, 12 KOs) one-armed, he’ll be forced to run all night to avoid being overwhelmed by the young man’s power shots.
