Caley is the coordinator of the RAMS PASS game and a tight coach.

Caley joined the rams before the 2023 season after he trained narrow ends for patriots for six seasons. He doubled as Fullbacks coach in New England from 2017-21.
In the first Caley season as a tight coach in 2017, Patriots Rob Gronkowski got his fifth invitations and got a selection of AP First TEAM All-PRO. Gronkowski led all narrow parties to receive the arenas (1084) and children for each reception (15.7). In the same season, the back James Devilin got his first gem at Pro Bowl.
Caley trained Tyler Highbee in Los Angeles.
In his first two seasons in the US Football Association in 2015-16, Kali worked as an offensive training assistant. He spent 10 years in the college training in its ranks before that.
