Report: Lions are working on engaging John Morton as an offensive coordinator

Lions seem to have decided to replace Ben Johnson as his offensive coordinator.

Adam Schefter from ESPN reports that the team is working on hiring Bronco-coordinator games to add John Morton. Morton travels to Detroit to meet with the team.

While Morton spent the last two seasons in Denver, he is a famous face in Detroit. He was at the headquarters of the Campbella 2022. As a senior assistant in the offensive, both were in the same headquarters of Saints earlier in his careers.

Morton also worked for Raiders, 49ers, Jetse and for USC in the last two decades.
