The Giants retained head coach Brian Daboll after their 3-14 season, but two of his assistants were shown the door.
NFL Media’s Mike Garafolo reports the Giants Fired Defensive Pass Game Coordinator/Defensive Backs Coach Jerome Henderson and Safeties Coach Michael Trier.
Henderson was hired as a member of Joe Judge’s staff in 2020 and remained on board until the change to Daboll before the 2022 season. He has also coached the Falcons, Cowboys, Browns and Jets since ending his days as a defensive back in the NFL.
Trier also joined the Giants in 2020 and has been the safeties coach the past two seasons.
