The press absorbs.
This is what Pablo Toure told at the end of the third (and perhaps not final) Cooperation in adventures in the American Football Association Association.
(here The first episode. and The second episode))
It absorbs the press because the press is difficult. It takes the effort. Many of it. There is no always (or not) a financial incentive to spend time and effort in contacting this source and this source and working on this person and this person becomes a source and persuades reliable sources in the reporter enough to deliver very sensitive information and collect it together in an accurate and interesting narration.
It is, as I said to him, exhausted.
We registered the latest battle on Monday. About two hours of conversation was distilled to half that on Thursday morning. That was the day of the Hall of Fame game for NBC, so it took some time to return to it.
Here’s my biggest fast food from continuation to sequel.
First, the Federal Football Association’s continuous investigation of the US Football Association, resulting from its participation in Oneteam partners, has not ended. Oneteam, a NIL warehouse mainly for professional athletes, gathered a $ 2 billion business with declared ambitions to rid that. With a lot of money, the temptation to get rid of it comes, especially for those who may have a pattern and practice to seize any dollar they can.
This is what happened. NFLPA, which owns 44.5 percent of Oneteam, has four seats in the Board of Directors. Two of NFLPA and NFL Players, Inc. Two of the private industry.
As the story says, the two wanted the private industry to pay for their service to the Board of Directors. (They were not in the past, and they are still.) This prompted an attempt to create a way to create a legitimate way to push it-alongside two members of the Board of Directors appointed from NFLPA. One of them was the former CEO of the US Football Association Lloyd Huil.
In June 2024, the OneTeam Board of Directors approved a decision implementing a plan, which was examined and approved by many foreign attorney companies, to provide a tangible benefit for the unions participating in Oneteam, with these unions and then decided whether the benefit will be used or transferred to individuals who provide services to the board of directors, while compensating for their work.
The plan fell on the radar screen to the federal government after a person submitted a demand for amounting to those whose violations with the National Council for Labor Relations regarding the CEO of MLBPA Tony Clark. One of the specified complaints focused on the Oneteam metal compensation program.
This has sparked an effort by the US Football Association to employ an external lawyer to investigate the possibility of roles engineering to Huil (and others) to provide services to the Oneteam Council, although the job (apparently) has already includes an executive director of work as the Chairman of the Oneteam Board.
Although Oneteam itself is not a target, the Federal Reserve continues to explore the situation. The main question, as we see, are these: (1) How exactly the problem of compensation arose? And (2) Why was the board of directors of the Board of Directors abandoned in June 2024?
On one level, it is difficult to believe that the potential efforts to intimidate NFLPA to give howell more money to the job that was already paid to do to write. On another level, it is difficult to believe that Hell has accused the expenses of the abstract club to NFLPA.
Basically, as soon as a set of facts take the feeling of Coen Brothers, it is impossible to exclude more Fateo-The fool.
Onteam compensation program also goes, it is likely to be summarized whether there are text messages or email messages that are composed with Hoel, and perhaps others. Will it be interesting to have such contacts? Yes. However, again, we are firmly in the world of Joel and Ethan Quinn.
The episode touched on other issues related to the events that consumed the American Football Association, including the employment of Huil in June 2023 and the choice of Galen Reeves-Mibin on Kelvin Pacom to be president of NFLPA in March 2024.
The potential topic that comes out of the three episodes is, for me, this is: it seems that someone wanted to accommodate NFLPA leadership with people who can be controlled. People who did not ask, or unable to formulate them, questions that would retract the things that Hell and/or former NFLPA head (and the head of the Foundation NFLPA strategy now) JC Tretter. Beachum, for example, may be a superior candidate for Reeves-Maybin. But Pacom, says Pablo, was asking on Oneteam.
Whether it is intentional or accidental, the effect of creating a higher Sunni approach to union matters is to enable potential (or actual) violations of non -discovered and discovered occurrence.
Here we are. Hill suddenly resigned, on the Espn lips to launch the story of the intense approach. This was preceded by the onteam case, the hidden ruling of the collusion that should have been used as a sword by the Federation, and Hill Cartoire’s conflict of the interests arising from the paid side party with a special stock company in bed with the American Football Association.
NFLPA’s effort to push Hell and others from Oneteam’s work caught the attention of the federal government. The uncomfortable hidden collusion ruling sparked my informal partnership with Pablo Toure. Then Don Van Natta JR. And Kalyn Kahler to Fray.
Snow ball has grown. Huil resigned. Titre resigned. Federal investigation may expand.
Either way, there are still many questions to be answered, regarding how NFLPA reaches here and where you will go after that. And yes, it can be crowned with another cooperation between PFT and PTFO.
