Phil Mickelson knows “High probability,” Oakmont will be the final American open appearance

Gainesville, VA. – After shocking Golf World four years ago Win in the PGA Championship in 50. years, Phil Mickelson had a moment of honest self-assessment.

The USGA provided Mickelson a special exemption from 2021. in the US opened in Torrey Pines, which ultimately not needed because he won the Kiawaho month earlier. However, the USA does not historically approve more than one special exemption to any player, and Mickelson missed the last three open cuts.
