After the Saturday arrest Brownas Rookie who run Quinshona Judkins for the misdemeanor home battery, the NFL does not speak much.
Via Mary Kay Cabot from Cleveland.com, the Voice Spokesperson of NFL Brian McCarthy said it was in connection with the arrest of Judkins: “We are aware of, but will reject further comment. “
The reality is that the NFL will explore the situation. They will potentially impose discipline according to personal behavior policy, after the criminal Matala resolved.
Prior to that, the League could (in theory) put the judges on paid leave, to resolve the situation. It is a great analysis of cases, mostly guided by care. The more serious charges – and more relate to domestic violence – more likely to make League use paid leave.
As for the potential discipline, the basic suspension for domestic violence is six games. But that will not happen until the criminal case is not over.
On the road, Judkins has protection. In the eyes of the law, it is assumed innocent. As for the NFL, they will have the ability to defend any hearing, if it is about it.
Regardless, the situation activates internal NFL procedures. While the league rejected Oudkins, politics and history of execution, it says it all.
