Names, monikers used in Coca-Cola’s Share a Coke campaign in PH

MANILA, Philippines – There’s a Risa, a Leny, a Sarah. Is there a Raffy, a Martin, and a Robin?

Coca-Cola relaunched last May its Share a Coke marketing campaign, where consumers can buy personalized Coke bottles in stores nationwide.

Is there a Coke bottle somewhere out there with your name or a moniker (e.g. besh, bestie) you use on it?

Rappler asked Coca-Cola Philippines for a list of the names and monikers that are available in the Philippines (as of June 2025), and here’s what we got:

Customize during caravans

If you don’t want the trouble of going around groceries, sari-sari stores, and convenience stores to look for the bottle with your name on it, you can have a bottle customized by joining the Share a Coke caravans being held in various parts of the country.

For the rest of July, the caravans will be held in the following locations:

  • July 14: McDonald’s Las Piñas
  • July 15: McDonald’s Scout Tobias QC
  • July 16: McDonald’s Taytay Diversion Road
  • July 17: McDonald’s Savano Park Bulacan
  • July 19: Madapdap Covered Gym, Pampanga
  • July 21: Pampanga State Agricultural University-Magalang
  • July 28: McDonald’s Las Piñas
  • July 29: McDonald’s Scout Tobias, QC
  • July 30: McDonald’s Taytay Diversion Road

Here’s an example of what happens during a Share a Coke caravan, held in SM Megamall this weekend:

The Share a Coke marketing campaign was initiated by Coca-Cola Australia in 2011, which the beverage company said “made an impact on a global scale.”

The Share a Coke campaign is back amid stronger competition in the general beverage market. Iced tea continues to be a popular alternative to carbonated soft drinks, and there’s been an uptrend in demand for iced coffee and other coffee products. – Rappler.com
