Mike Evans is ready to “put on the show” while going for 12,000 courtyard seasons in a row


Mike Evans is the only receiver in the NFL history to start a career with 11 consecutive seasons of 1,000 yards. Jerry Rice had 927 as Rookie before compiling 11 seasons in a row with at least 1,000 meters.

No one else in NFL history has never had 11 consecutive seasons of at least 1,000 meters.

Evans, 31, will leave 12 in a row in 50. Season of franchise.

“I am happy to have a really great team and use this training camp to make it all together to have one of the best seasons for 50,” Evans said. “I’m excited to put a big show for you.”

Evans played with Josh McCown, Mike Glennon, Jameis Winston, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Tom Brady and Baker Mayfield. The seventh all choice in 2014. year enters its 12. and possibly the final season with the BUC as 2025. It is the last year of his contract.

“I get up there in the experience,” Evans said. “I was (one of) the oldest or most popular confusions for the last few seasons he left. I feel pretty great. As I became great. I just focus on what he is in front of you, and that’s this season.”

The fan favorite wants another 1,000 meters this season as many more for BUC fans as for themselves.

“That’s what makes him even sweeter, that people want as bad as I do. I appreciate them on that,” Evans said.
