Michigan International Speedway Weekend Schedule, TV information for NASCAR CUP, TRUCK, ARCA


Michigan International Speedway will host the Cup, Truck and Arca series this weekend as NASCAR races on the 2-Mile Oval return to June for the first time in six years.

Since being in the Cup Race in 2020 after one annual Cup weekend, Michigan has held his races in August. The most recent winner of a late Spring race on the track was Joey Logano on June 10, 2019.

The Nascar Cup series is the weekend after one of its fastest tracks with a trip to Michigan International Speedway.

The Arca, Truck and Cup series will chase on Michigan on three consecutive days over the weekend. On Saturday, the first truck race will be in Michigan since Zane Smith won on August 7, 2020.

Tyler Reddick won last August’s cup race in Michigan. Connor Zilisch is the defensive winner of the Arca event.

Weekend weather

Friday, Cloudy with a peak of 76 degrees and winds of the East North East at 5 to 10 mph. It is expected to be 74 degrees with a 6% chance of rain at the beginning of the Arca race.

Saturday: Cloudy with a highlight of 76 degrees and light winds. It is expected to be 71 degrees with a 2% chance of rain at the start of the truck race.

Sunday: Partly cloudy with a chance for a shower or thunderstorm and a highlight of 77 degrees and winds of the south at 5 to 10 mph. It is expected to be 74 degrees with a 15% chance of rain at the beginning of the cup race.
