While the Playoffs of the NBA are in full evolution, now is a good time to raise the fantasy basketball season for the 30 teams.
In the following weeks, we will provide a recap for each team, starting with the team with the worst record and ending with the NBA champion in June.
Today we are making a deep dive into a team that overcome the season and ended with an sour note to close it.

2025 NBA Draft SPECTS: 48th selection, 56th choice
After putting up to a finish of 27-55 in 2023-24 due to numerous injuries to the entire board, the Grizzlies rushed again with a mostly healthy list and hung behind the OKC as their second seed in the West for quite some time.
Finally, Memphis was surpassed in the standings and fell into the Play-in Tournament in a busy and competitive western conference. The Grizz reached the post -season as seed no.
Taylor Jenkins fired Memphis shortly before the playoffs and hired Tuomas Iisalo as the new main coach after a brief point as a temporary coach.
Having to the 2025-26 campaign, Memphis’s biggest question is to what extent can this team bring? The Grizzlies have a promising young nucleus of Desmond Bane, Zach Edey, Jaylen Wells, Scotty Pippen Jr. And they jaren Jackson Jr., but is the superstar and leader who can take them to the top, or is it their roof and the roof of the limited team?
We claim the fantastic performances of last season and look forward until 2025-26.
Fantasy prominent: Desmond Bane
Bane was the best classified fantasy option in Memphis for one game per game, ending the 34th behind the averages of 19.2 points, 6.1 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 1.2 robberies, 0.4 blocks and 2.4 triples. The sharp wing shot 48.4% of the field, 89.4% of the charity and 39.2% beyond the bow, promoting a 50/40/90 campaign.
Although the Bane points were its few in three seasons, their FG% was the most efficient brand of his career, and he still pushed for 20 points despite trying only 14.8 shots. Of these shooting attempts, only 6.1 were triples, marking the lowest brand of Bane since its beginner’s season.
Although his score and his three -pointers lowered, Bane set up new levels of career in rebounds and robberies and almost had an average of 5/20/5 thanks to his heavy contributions as a rebound and facilitator. These skills were shown in a match against the Hawks on March 3, in which he accumulated his first triple -Double: A masterclass 35/10/10.
Directing -in its sixth season, there are many reasons to excite -Bane’s fantastic perspectives. It appeared in 69 games by 2024-25 after registering only 100 combined between the last two. He is taking steps forward as a collaborator of everything and not just a three-point specialist, holding him in a half-return conversation for the predictable future.
Fantasy revelation: Scotty Pippen Jr.
SPJ ended out of the first 150 with fantastic value per game, but this was largely due to its limited play time throughout the season. Pippen Jr. It had an average of 9.9 points, 3.3 rebounds, 4.4 assists, 1.3 robberies and 1.1 triples in only 21.3 minutes per game. He recorded 79 appearances after playing 27 games combined in his first two campaigns, joining -as a regular part of Memphis rotation.
In 23 beginnings of regular season, SPJ had an average of 13.9 points, 4.4 boards, 5.5 dimensions, 1.6 robberies and 1.7 triples, showing their versatility and productivity when they are given additional opportunities.
Pippen Jr. Each of the four Memphis playoff games began, and came with two stellar performances to get the season. Morant already suffered a hip bruise in match 3 and went out to the game 4, opening the door to SPJ for a couple of performances by monsters.
Pippen Jr. He went to the 5/28/5 to match 3, coinciding with his career in the marker department, before leaving a 11/11/4 line in match 4 to set a new career in scoring as he recorded his first double of playoff.
SPJ recorded his first triple-dilest race on November 8, when he published a 11/11/11 line against the Wizards. In the direction of the year 4, the future is bright for Pippen Jr., especially if you can earn an additional play time. You can put the statistics sheet with the best of them.
Fantasy Disappointment: Already Morating
Morant recorded only nine games only one season ago due to a combination of suspension and injury. The injuries made it difficult for him again by 2024-25 and was limited to only 50 games.
The Memphis Superstar Point Guard had an average of 23.2 points, 4.1 rebounds, 7.3 assists, 1.2 robberies, 1.8 triple and 3.7 shifts while shooting 45.4% of the field, 82.4% of the charity and 30.9% beyond the bow.
Its points, the rebounds and the FGA marked four years, and the attendances were the lowest in three years and the second lowest brand of their career.
Morant accumulated 13 doubles and published a triple-Double 26/14 in Halloween against the Bucks. His best score performance took place on March 14 when he got 44 points against the CAVS.
Morant had memorable moments, but most were not related to his play work. Instead, Morant made headlines for his unorthodox celebrations in the game and 32 lost games.
Finished 94th for a fantasy value per game, despite an ADP of 27.1 (per Basketball Hashtag), and the Morant season can be considered a disappointment for its low end and its limited play time.
After multiple significant time seasons lost due to injuries and a decrease in production, it is fair to ask if the best days of purple is behind. His ADP will surely not have a priced third round in the drafts of 2025-26 with these concerns.
Years Jackson Jr.:
JJJ was again excellent, with an average of 22.2 points, 5.6 boards, 2.0 dimensions, 1.2 robberies, 1.5 blocks and 2.0 triples in 74 appearances. Jackson Jr. He fought worries of availability with only 126 games played in his first three seasons, but has played in 78, 63, 66 and 74 games among his last four, respectively.
Jackson Jr. He has scored at least 22 points per game in consecutive seasons, and he is still impressive with his ability to put the Estatistical Full in almost every category.
He collected six double doubles by 2024-25, reaching a maximum of 15 race rebounds on March 31 against Boston to go with 20 points. It exploded by 42 points against the Spurs on March 1, ending with a line 42/4/2/2 with five triples, really showing its multicategory excellence.
A big one who can mark, block shots and hit triple is a cheating code in the world of fantasy hoops, and JJJ is sure that. With the worries of availability behind it, it is an easy selection of the first round in the Fantasia 2025-26 drafts.
Saints Aldama:
Aldama enjoyed several races, as he promised 12.5 points, 6.4 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 0.8 robberies, 0.4 blocks and 1.8 triples. It fired 48.3% from the ground, 69.1% of the charity and 36.8% beyond the bow while committing only 1.1 income over 25.5 minutes.
The big man recorded 65 games, including 17 beginnings. He finished with 29 career points on January 17 against San Antonio, 17 race boards against Portland on November 25 and a best 11 dimension career on March 1 against San Antonio.
Aldama ended right inside the first 120 fantasy places, but this was largely due to its low changes, relatively high FG% and three respectable points. It was not too useful in any category.
With Zach Edey ready to take the next step and several promising young players who need minutes, Aldama is better viewed as an option in deeper fantasy leagues by 2025-26 or a late dart release in standard leagues.
Zach Edey:
As waitEdey ended up as the first fantasy rookie behind the average 9.2 points, 8.3 boards, 1.0 assists, 0.5 robberies, 1.3 Swats and 1.3 shifts. Purdue’s great man shot 58% from the floor and 34.6% beyond the bow (0.3 made per game), defeating a respectable 70.9% of his free launch line.
Edey appeared in 66 games and started 61, with an average of 21.5 minutes per game. Per minute, he put great numbers and ended with several records of Grizzlies.
Edey took 21 rebounds on April 5 against the pistons and 19 on April 8 against Hornets, good for the most and the second of the games of a single game for a Novio de Grizzlies. Edey’s seven blocks against Thunder in match 4 in the first round are the most important by Memphis in a playoff match.
Towards next season, Edey has a lot of margin to grow, especially if he can move forward in offense. If he has assigned more play time, he could be a 10/10 boy with two blocks at night, which would put him in the conversation of the first 100. After finishing the fifth place in Rookie of the Year voting, the sky is the limit for Edey.
Brandon Clarke:
Clarke suffered an Achilles injury at the end of the 2022-23 season and recorded only six games last season. He played 64 games again in 2024-25, but was limited to only 18.9 minutes by inclination and only 20.6 minutes to 18.
Clarke’s production was silenced, as he promised only 8.3 points and 5.1 boards. In its sixth season, Clarke can be considered a depth of the court with a limited reverse due to the players in front of the depth graph and its recent injury history.
Luke Kennard:
The veteran ended out of the top 200 in fantasy value per game with averages of 8.9 points, 2.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.7 triples. Kennard’s shooting gaps 47.8/89.5/43.3 were efficient, but their count statistics were not abundant enough to make it relevant.
Veteran Sharphooter appeared in 65 games and started 11 of them, offering a space of space and microwave marking on the bench. Kennard will reach the open market this season and 43.3% of Long Range’s career will attract the attention of the contenders. Most likely it is a better option than fantasy for any team that sign it.
Jaylen Wells:
The second round of Washington’s state did not enter the NBA with a lot of fanfare, but a name was certainly a name for third place in Roy’s vote.
Wells was not a shocking fantasy option (262nd form per game), but he was a member of the Memphis rotation throughout the season. The wells averaged 10.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 0.6 robberies, 0.1 blocks, 1.7 triples and 0.9 shifts. It fired 42.5% of the field, 82.2% of the charity and 35.2% beyond the bow.
The Rookie appeared in 79 games and started 74 of them, with an average of 25.9 minutes. He lost the last three games of the regular season and the four playoffs games due to a wrist and a commotion on the right fractured, but is expected to be fully healthy to start his second season.
If Wells can take a step forward in the second year, it can become a productive fantasy option in deeper leagues. For now, the best is left to the standard leagues and was drafted as a late round option in deeper formats.
