LIV Golf announces remaining schedule for 2025; the team championship gets a new venue

The LIV Golf schedule for 2025 has been completed.

The remaining four stops on LIV’s 14-event schedule were announced Tuesday morning, as the Saudi-backed circuit heads to Doral, Fla.; Mexico City; Washington, DC; and Plymouth, Michigan, with the latter being the second site of LIV’s team championship.

Trump National Doral will host LIV Miami for the second year in a row on April 4-6, the week before the Masters. Club de Golf Chapultepec in Mexico City, the venue for the April 25-27 LIV event, is a former PGA Tour venue that hosted the WGC-Mexico Championship from 2017 to 2020, as well as the Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Gainesville, Virginia, which also hosted last year’s Solheim Cup and the June 6-8 LIV tournament will be held a week before the US Open at Oakmont.

LIV Michigan will compete in St. John’s Resort at The Cardinal from August 22-24, which overlaps with the PGA Tour Championship at East Lake.

LIV previously announced 10 tournaments for its fourth season, which begins next month in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
