The son of Yaneisy Fernandez took the Alligator Alcatraz, the Florida Immigration Arrest Center

When his son was taken under the custody of immigration, Yaneisy Fernandez feared the worst. He then received the call within the “Alligator Alcatraz”.

“We had no idea where he called us,” Yaneisy said to BBC. “He said,” Mother, took me to the crocodile facility. “He put it like that.”

The anti-temporary immigration center built in Florida’s Everglades has quickly become a polarizing symbol of the Immigration Policy of President Donald Trump.

Now, open and two months, the Department of Aberrigraries (DHS) has to close, filling the court orders. The process is already in progress – Tsar Tom Homan said BBC told BBC at a press conference left alone.

The BBC spoke to the families of two prisoners who moved in the last month, saying that their loved ones disappeared in the system when they were in their weakest.

Yaneisy’s son Michael Borrego Fernandez said he left bleeding after a contempt before moving to another facility. The others were part of the lawsuit denied.

‘Crocodile installation’

In late June, more than eight days were built in Everglades, famous for famous protected wetlands, the Southern Florida arrest facility quickly became one of the most famous US immigration arrest centers.

“Alligator Alcatraz” was built around 3,000 people to the house, but there was never the ability, even though individuals who were arresting in the United States achieved 59,000 records from mid-August.

While it was open, a lightning was a lightning for trump trumps on the illegal immigration. Some came to protest the center to visit, while others were proud of the “Alligator Alcatraz” symbol.

Alligator was a great alligator outside the camp

When the facility opened the Florida, the Florida party commissioned the Alligator Alcatraz merchandise: T-shirts, caps and beer refrigerators.

“People send people who are closing the blow and here illegal people who are expelling people from the country,” said Florida Gop Chair, Evan Power.

“We have the laws to follow,” Jack Lombardi, the Republican Electoral Florida, said BBC. “And you are invited in our country. (…) The facts came illegally to this country. You came here unintentionally.”

There have been conflicting reports on internal conditions. After the visit by legislators in July, Republicans said it was a safe, safe and clean facility. Democrats, however, were vicious, crowded and healthy conditions.

Now, A judge has requested a preliminary order closed within 60 daysThe government did not follow the protocol when he heard a case while listening to a case. Although the government is attracted against that decision, DHS said he will fill the court order.

“I don’t agree with the judge he decided,” Hanan said Thursday to the media. “I went there. I walked in arrest sites. I kept clean installation and well.”

“They left there like a dog”

Michael Fernandez moved from Cuba to the US in 2019, and was given a temporary political asylum, his mother said.

After being caught in an outline of the hot tube in 2021, a judge ordered his removal. In June, he was guilty to Grand Thift, to avoid prison, even if he did not work for the company that cheated the company. His lawyer also said that Michael did not know the order to get rid of him.

In January the police threw his nephew while driving to school. In June, he was in the custody of the US customs and immigration executive and went to the Florida arrest center.

Michael was “Alligator Alcatraz” for less than a week when Yaneisy received the call of some men arrested by her side.

“Michael woke up told me that they were covered with blood,” he said. Michael developed 4 hemorrhoids – the worst type – said. They were taken to the hospital and suffered from colon surgery.

Back at the facility, Michael spoke to his mother in short phone calls. “He couldn’t even have more than a few seconds on the phone because it was so serious pain,” he said. He told him that he had an infection. “He felt that he would have a heart attack,” Yaneisy said. “And they took them to the hospital.”

Michael told him that he did not hurt his medication and one night he intervened on the night after his surgery.

Yaneisy says Michael said he did not shower or gave his short clothes when they were covered in his blood and chairs.

“This is not hygienic. They left there like a dog, like someone who throws,” he added.

Alligator Alcatra is turned off by filling the court orders

Michael’s case is now part of a lawsuit against Trump Administration, who claim that detainees do not have proper access to legal advice through confidential encounters for the person. The DHC said that the BBC is a physical space to meet the lawyers with their customers.

The lawsuit is constant. He moved to another facility on August 1.

DHC BBC said in an assertion: “These claims about Michael Borrego Fernandez are false.” They said the ice gave “medical care and medicine with appropriate medicines”.

The Florida Emergency Management Division has said the detainees “24/7 medical support” with 24/7 medical assistance, and can schedule hygiene work facilities and personally and virtual appointments. “

Mich Gonzalez, Michael’s lawyers, although the immigration arrest centers are not punitive, is a place to supervise immigrants looking at deportation. The conditions within these facilities are “degrading and deadly”.

“And even more Everglades internet camp,” he said.

Gladys at the same time, the US citizen encountered with friends, said this claim was continuous due to the decision in the country. They married 11 days before the arrest.

In response to BBC, the DHS alleged Marco was a “well-known member of a group of South America”. Gladys said the husband has no criminal record.

As soon as it is removed, gladys were worried about her husband’s safety.

Marco has a genetic heart state called Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome, Chatrys said, causing hearts to play abnormally abnormally. In April this year, he suffered a medical procedure for treating the disease and was taking everyday heart medication. Gladys said BBC followed the procedure, he also hired pneumonia, when he was still suffering.

Initially, Gladys had no idea where they took the ice locator database because people did not show any official online databases they are doing.

Gunther Sanabria, the immigration lawyer who has replaced by the customer within the “Alligator Alcatraz”, is the meaning of the people arrested by the ice to appear in the official localization system.

“We get people weeping weekly,” he said, “Because they don’t belong to where their relatives, and they went to work that morning.”

The next day, another man arrested with Marco called him to say that his husband was in the wheelchair and took Florida Kendall to the hospital.

That was the last to hear more than a week. He checked every day in ice locality, but he could not find his name.

It took eight days before what happened.

“I can’t really happen to that,” he said. “Where is my husband?”

DHC said to BBC that Marco received medical attention, but did not answer them a specific question. They said in BBC’s statement: “It can be alert and can call his family at any time.”

Eventually, he received the call from Marco on August 22nd. “Alligator Alcatraz” entered. But they were preparing to move again within days. Not Marco did not belong to Gladys.

“I am very nervous, very confused with everything that is happening and the nerves are very confused,” he said.

From this week, the Marco Krome arrest facility has taken 35 miles.

The judge had a decision to turn off the facility in Trump Administration, a second Florida facility has duplicated “Deployment Salammer” in Indiana.

Looking to the future, Homan said “Alligator Alcatraz” while it was a great transition facility, “he did not see it as a long-term solution.

“I think the ice needs more bricks and mortars,” reporters said. “We’ve got money now to build infrastructure … Permanent facilities”.
