With the acceptance of former Kicker Ravines, Justin Taker, commenting from 10 games instead of defending himself in a full hearing, the evidence developed by the American Football Association to support allegations against Taker will remain under the winding. Lawyers, who represent 13 of the accused, said that the continuous announcing of the innocence has left “many victims, our customers, with a stigma.”
“There was an opening here for an early discussion between Mr. Taker, the victims and the American Football Association,” said Bilsky. “There was a method that could happen and decreased differently from what happened. Unfortunately, Mr. Taker dug with his denial, and we are in our place today.”
It is not clear where you will go from here. Lawyers said the course of work is currently “TBD”.
If/when any of the accused is prosecuting, the first question is whether any possible laws of restrictions prevent claims.
