Kiko Pangilinan once again courts the vote-rich province
CEBU, Philippines – Senatorial candidate Kiko Pangilinan holds his miting de avance for the 2025 polls in Cebu City on Wednesday, May 7.
Pangilinan is courting Cebu’s 3.4 million voters — based on the latest data from the Commission on Elections (Comelec) — three years after his defeat in the vice-presidential race in 2022.
In 2022, Pangilinan was up against Sara Duterte. The former senator ran with former vice president Leni Robredo in the 2022 elections but ultimately lost, especially in Cebu.
