Japan Billy Jean King defeated Canada to qualify for the Cup Final

Tokyo-Ana Shivahara and Shuko Aoma Kayla Cross and Rebecca defeated Marino-3-7, 5-7 6-2 goals, in the DESIVE Doubles match to secure Japan in the Billy Jean Cup final on Sunday.

Canada took the lead in a 3-1 margin when Victoria defeated Moboko Shivahara-4, -7-7 (3), -5-5. Japan won Marina Stakusik in the Second Singles -3-5, -3-5 goals with Moka Ochijima.

Shivahara said, “I’m really happy that I did doubles today.”

Bijke Cup finals will play in Shenzhen in September, when Japan will make the presence of the second final drawn and try to match its best-performers. It reached the semifinals in 1996.
