The Australian Government Moscow said that one of the Russian Russian captives is alive.
Oscar Jenkins, 32-year-old teacher, was caught last year while he was fighting for Ukraine.
“The Australian government has received the confirmation of Russia in the survivors and custody of Oscar Jenkins,” said Foreign Mindy Wong on Wednesday.
