IGA Sweetch Qatar’s Open Semifinal Jelena falls in Ostaphenko


Doha, Qatar-Jelena Ostaphenko completed the three-year reign of IGA Sweetch at the Qatar Open in the semifinals.

1 No. The No-Ranned Ostapinko-3, -1-5 won the margin and improved his record against Sweetch, the second. Latvian is the only active player who has faced Sweetch at least twice and put a winning record.

“I was quite confident that I would beat him … I know how to play against him,” said Ostap “I’m happy with the way I am handling my emotions this week.”
