23xi Racing – Good news: According to Bubba Wallace’s well staff, the net profit of 34 positions on four tire stops this season, according to Racing Insights, put first in the series. … Wallace finished in the top four in four of the last six short track races. … Wallace finishes third on Bristol last fall. Bad news: Tyler Reddick started one top -10 in seven Bristol in the cup. … Reddick started in only two of his seven Bristol Cup on the front round. … Riley Herbst is one of the three full -time cup managers who is another stage point.

Pre -drive Motorport – Good News: The average finish of Zane Smith improved a best 10.9 places to 18.4 after eight races this season. … Smith said at the beginning of his season, “We bring good speed, make positive adjustments and enjoy doing it.” … Noah Gragson has six top 20 finishes in the last seven races on short tracks. Bad news: Todd Gilliland has not yet started better than 16th place in four cup at Bristol.

Haas Factory Team – Good News: Cole Custer finished 22nd last weekend in Darlington, his best result since he was 21st place in the season opening daytona 500. Bad news: Custer has only scored double -digits twice in the last five races this year.

Hendrick Motorsports – Good News: The last time the cup series rushed on Bristol, Kyle Larson led 462 off 500 rounds to win this past fall. … Larson finished in the top five in seven of his last nine Bristol-Begin (two wins, three runner-up, two fifth places). … Larson, Chase Elliott and Alex Bowman each ended last season in the top -10 in both Bristol races. … Larson will be entered in the Cup, Xfinity and Craftsman Truck Races on Bristol this weekend. … Elliott has four consecutive top -10s at Bristol. … Elliott achieved eight consecutive top -10s on short tracks, the longest active line in the series. … Points -leader William Byron scored the most stage points (90) this season. … Byron also led most rounds at 354 this season … Bowman won the pole for last fall’s Bristol race. Joe Gibbs Racing – Good News: Denny Hamlin is the defensive winner of the Bristol Spring Race. … At the age of 44, he attempts to become the third oldest manager to win three consecutive races and the oldest manager since Harry Gant Gant in September 1991. … Hamlin finished in the top five in 11 of the last 14 short track races. … Hamlin will start his 400th consecutive Sunday at Bristol. … Christopher Bell’s top five finishes this year are most in the series. … Bell placed in the top five in three of the last four Bristol races. … Bell and Hamlin each ended last year in the top -10 in both Bristol races. … JGR drivers led to 957 of 2000 rounds (48%) with the next Gen car rushed on Bristol. … Chase Briscoe has two top -10s in the last three races this year. … Ty Gibbs placed ninth on Darlington this past weekend, his best end point of the season. Legacy Motor Club – Good News: The team is one of the two without a DNF this season (Hyak Motorsports is the other). … John Hunter Nemecheek finished sixth in last spring’s race on Bristol, his best cup rash on the track. Bad news: Nemecheek comes from a seasonal endpoint in 30th place in Darlington. … Erik Jones has not had a top -10 on a short track in Martinsville since October 2021.

Richard Childress Racing – Good News: Twenty -year -old Jesse Love makes his cup debut this weekend. … Kyle Busch has eight cup victories on Bristol, which is fifth place on the track’s list of all time. Bad news: Busch placed the 20th or worse in each of the last five Bristol races. … Austin Dillon started three top -10s in 19 Bristol.

Rick True Racing – Good News: Corey Lajoie is in the no. 01 on Bristol. … This is the third start of the Lajoie season after competing in Daytona and Atlanta to open the year. Bad news: Cody real is one of the three full -time cup managers who scored another stage point this season.

RFK Racing – Good News: Chris Buescher has four top -10s in the last six races this season. … Brad Keselowski’s seven short track victories are third among active managers. … Ryan Preece finished in seventh place this past fall, his best cup result on the track. Bad news: Keselowski’s last win on a short track was September 2020 in Richmond. … Keselowski’s average finish is 26.1, its worst average endpoint eight races in a season in his cup career. … Sermon’s 26th place finished this past weekend at Darlington a line of three consecutive top 10s.

Spire Motorsports – Good News: Michael McDowell has five finishes of the 11th or better in the last six Bristol Cup races. Bad news: Justin Haley is one of the three full -time cup managers who scored another stage point this season. … Carson Hcevar has had four finishes of the thirtieth or worse in the last five races this year.

Team Penske – Good News: Ryan Blaney is second in the series in stage points with 85 this season. … Austin Cindric qualified in the top -10 in three of the last four races. Bad news: Ryan Blaney’s pit staff maintained his running position at just 38.5% of four-tire pit stops in the last three races. … Joey Logano ended in the last eight Bristol races outside the top -10. … Logano’s last short track victory came in Martinsville in October 2018.

Trackhouse Racing – Good News: Ross Chastain finished in three of the last four races in the top -10. … Chastain has placed in the top -10 in each of the last four short track races. … Shane van Gisbergen finishes 20th on Darlington, his best end point since he was sixth on Circuit of the Americas. Bad news: Daniel Suarez finished 18th or started worse in each of his last seven Bristol Cup.

Wood Brothers Racing – Good News: Josh Berry started in the top five this season in three of the last seven races. Bad news: Berry finished 32nd or worse this season in each of the last two races.
