On Wednesday it turned out to be even more full of action than many were expected. In addition to 11 games in the program, multiple trades were consumed, including the transfer of Jimmy Butler to Golden State, the bucks who acquire Kyle Kuzma (and sending Khris Middleton to Washington) and the lakers adding a center Starting to Mark Williams. And the commercial term is not until 3 p.m. on Thursday east, so you know what can happen before. Let’s look at some poor quality players who are worth a look at fantasy leagues, and some have added value once the “silly season” reaches a great equipment.
Pf/c nikola jovic (36%), Miami Heat
Finally, The Heat reached an agreement for Jimmy Butler and his return includes Andrew Wiggins, Kyle Anderson and PJ Tucker. While Wiggins should certainly be in the rotation, neither Anderson nor Tucker seem to be locks. This should protect the value of Jovic and played recently to ensure that it will remain a key figure for the heat. In 37 minutes from the bench, he represented 23 points, five rebounds, seven assists, a blocked shot and three three points. Jovic shot the 8-de-9 of the field and 4 of 5 of the free kick of Miami 108-101 on Philadelphia.
Pg Isaiah Collier (23%), Utah Jazz
Collier was excellent in the victory of Wednesday’s comeback over the Warriors. Once again on the start line, the Novio ended with 20 points, six rebounds, 11 assists and one stolen in 34 minutes. Collier’s perimeter shot is still an ongoing job, as he lost the five three -point attempts against Golden State. However, he was 9 of 13 inside the bow and jazz had to be excited with Collier only committing a turnover. The play time will not be a problem for Collier the rest of the road, as it is in a team that has prioritized the development of its younger players.
SF/PF MATAS BUZELIS (22%), Chicago Bulls
After making the ten shots on Tuesday’s victory over Miami, Buzelis refreshed in Minneapolis on Wednesday. However, while firing on the 4 of 10 of the field, the Rookie ended with 14 points, five rebounds, an assistant, two robberies and three shots blocked in 29 minutes. Buzelis started his first race against the Timberwolves, and Zach Lavine’s departure means that there should be no problem in getting the minutes they need to develop.
Pg/sg keon Johnson (21%), Brooklyn Net
Johnson had one of his best games of the season for Wednesday loss against Washington, shooting 9 of 18 of the field and ended with 25 points, six rebounds, three assists, two robberies and four three points in 32 minutes. He also emphasized Wednesday’s game was the play time of the first two Brooklyn players. Angelo Russell started but only played 16 minutes, while Simmons well recorded 18 on the bench. If this continues after the trading period, Keon will be one of the players to benefit.
SG/SF Dalton Knecht (11%), Charlotte Hornets
Knecht did not play on Wednesday as the Lakers were out. However, the fantastic value of the first round received a welcome impetus when it was included in a trade he sent to Mark Williams in Los Angeles. The minutes and punctuation opportunities would not be for Knecht this season if he had stayed with the lakers, especially with their defensive struggles. In Charlotte, where he joins a reconstruction team that will not have Brandon Miller (wrist), there should be no shortage of shots for Knecht.
PG/SG Nick Smith Jr. (10%) and C Moussa Diabate (8%), Charlotte Hornets
As for the Hornets who played in the Wednesday game, Smith and Diabate added value, though for different reasons. Smith, a headline since January 17, played well in Charlotte’s loss against Milwaukee. In 32 minutes, it ended with 23 points, two rebounds, two assists and four three points. Although out of points and three points were bewildering, the situation is such that Smith is worth the risk.
As for Diabate, he played 23 minutes out of the bench as the backup of Mark Williams, reaching 10 points, 13 rebounds and two assists. With Williams now missing, Diabate should be approached (if not exceeded) 30 minutes consistently, even if Hornets coach Charles Lee decides to start Taj Gibson. Diabate’s rebound ability should pay dividends for some deeper league managers during the fantasy season stretch.
PG/SG BUB CARRINGTON (5%) and SG/SF KYSHAWN GEORGE (3%), Washington Wizards
Carrington and George have been on the start line of the first Wizards party since negotiated Kyle Kuzma and Jonas Valanciunas on Wednesday afternoon. The first ended with Washington’s victory over Brooklyn with his first double double, counting 16 points, four rebounds, 10 assists, a robbery and four points of 3 points in 35 minutes. As for George, he represented 17 points, seven rebounds, three assists, a robbery, a blocked shot and five three points in 30 minutes. These are two of the options of the first round of the magicians (George’s draft rights were acquired from the Knicks) and the desire is to get the minutes needed to develop. Carrington and George are worth now and will have value during the “silly season”.
Pf karlo matkovic (2%), New Pelican Orleans
Markovic started his first Wednesday in Denver, playing with Zion Williamson and Yves Missi. The Rookie Center had a solid night, registering 30 minutes in the defeat and ending with 10 points, nine rebounds, an assistant, a stolen, two blocks and one of 3 pointers. Yes, New Orleans acquired Bruce Brown and Kelly Olynyk as part of Brandon Ingram trade. However, these two may be more valuable for Pelicans as possible commercial chips, mainly if the return includes the future capital. We will see if Willie Green sticks with an alignment of Markovic and Missi (25%), but both should obtain the minutes needed to add value to the alignments of the deep league.
PF / C Jonathan (<1%), Toronto raptors
With Jakob Poeltl (hip), Mogbo played 19 minutes off the bench at Wednesday loss against Memphis. The Stat line (10 points, six rebounds, two assists and two points of three) was nothing to write at home, but the rotation of the raptors makes the novi that someone is worth seeing. Kelly Olynyk (who started with Poeltl) and Bruce Brown were traders in New Orleans after Wednesday’s game, and it is not known when Brandon Ingram will be healthy enough to return from his ankle injury.
And with Poeltl one of the veteran centers that can be an interest in the commercial market, the minutes of Mogbo can increase after the commercial term. Another raptor that can have added value to advance is Ochai Agbaji (9%), which ended the loss of Tuesday with 14 points, three rebounds, two assists, two robberies and three three points in 22 minutes.
