The seventh overall selection of last summer project, Portland Trail Blazers Rookie Center Donovan Clinguan (26% of classification, Yahoo) has dealt with a busy rotation for most of this season. And when neither Deandre Ayton nor Robert Williams moved before the trade period, there was an even more important concern among fantasy managers who were hoping to see that Clinguan Florís during the “silly season”. Well, Ayton suffered a beef strain that will keep him out at least four weeks and Williams was not available for Wednesday’s game in Denver due to a knee injury.
This left Clinguan to keep the NBA’s valuable player, Nikola Jokic, three times against the stronghold three times. And the Novio kept his own in the defeat of Portland 132-121. In 31 minutes, Clinguan represented 17 points (7 of 12 fg, 3 of 5 feet), 20 rebounds, two assists and three blocked features. The 20 boards are a career, and this was their first game with at least 15 points and 15 rebounds.
Clinguan will be more valuable in the percentage of the field target, the rebound and the blocked shooting categories, but the most important thing for him is to obtain consistent minutes. Unfortunately, it took injuries to open things for “Cling Kong”, but now is the time for 7-foot-2 novio. Let’s look at some most important collection of the Wednesday -loaded board, starting with one of the colleagues at Clinguan University.
PG/SG Stephon Castle (33%), San Antonio Spurs
The arrival of Aaron Fox to San Antonio could have worried some castle managers, especially since the Novio was removed from the starting line. However, in the five games that have played the Spurs since they acquired their long -awaited guard of the future, Castle has provided added value to the bench. The Rookie was a player of the seventh round in eight cats formats and ended the loss of Wednesday against the Celtics with 20 points (7 of 16 fg, 4 of 4 feet), four rebounds, three assists, two robberies, and Two three points in 24 minutes. San Antonio, who is in Golden State, in the loss column for the final playing place in the west, San Antonio continues in the mix in the direction of the All-Star pause. And, based on his recent play, Castle does not need the Spurs to remove the cap to add fantasy value.
SG/SF Max Christie (31%), Dallas Mavericks
The Mavericks have been affected by the injuries recently, leading to Christie, who began its first start since it was included in the Anthony Davis trade. Kyrie Irving was the star of Wednesday’s victory over Warriors, but Christie also played well. In 39 minutes, he represented 17 points (6 of 12 FGS, 4 of 4 feet), five rebounds, four assists, one robbery and one of three points. With Davis he was expecting to lose several weeks with tense intake, the Mavericks will need offenses of different players from Irving and Klay Thompson. Christie is capable, having scored 15 points or more in the five games she has played since she was commercialized.
Sg/sf keon ellis (19%), Sacramento Kings
Sacramento’s decision to trade Fox and included Jordan McLaughlin in the same agreement left the team without protection. Malik Monk has filled the void admirably, but the outings also released additional opportunities for Ellis. Providing a value of the sixth round in eight -cats formats from trade, ended Wednesday’s victory over the Pelicans with 27 points (10 of 14 fg), five rebounds, an assistant, a robbery, two blocks and seven three points . The last time many triples in a game was on November 18, when Ellis won a new new one in front of the Hawks. The Kings confront the Hawks again on Thursday before the All-Star Pause. We do not expect Ellis to double the performance on Wednesday, but it is worth a night roll on a five game night.
PG/SG BUB CARRINGTON (19%), Washington Magi
Carrington played well in the loss of extraordinary hours on Wednesday against Pacers, a game that the magicians controlled for most of the first three quarters. He played 45 of 53 minutes possible, ending with 18 points (6 of 11 FG, 2 of 2 feet), eight rebounds, five assists, two robberies, one block and four three points. Malcolm Brogdon injured the left leg during the fourth quarter and did not return, but there is the question of the amount of Khris Middleton and Marcus Smart after playing after the All-Star pause. Magi have done a good job to let their young people learn at work, and this should continue to be the case, even with those fold veterans. Carrington is a novio that will have added value during the “silly season”.
PF/C BEAUTIFUL Achiuwa (16%), New York Knicks
Knicks have been without Og Annoby (Toe) for the past five games, with Achiuwa the option of Tom Thibodeau to fill the void in the starting line. He had a great night in the victory of Wednesday’s extension over the Hawks, producing a 26 -point line (12 of 16 fg, 2 of 3 feet), eight rebounds, an assistant, a stolen and two shots blocked in 42 minutes . In its start to the start, Achiuwa has provided a value of the Top-100 in eight cats formats. If Achiuwa will or will not have a transmission value after all stars rupture depends on the availability of Annoby; If OG remains outside, add -beautiful.
SG/SF CARIS Supplies (16%) and SF/PF Georges Niang (7%), Atlanta Hawks
On the other side of this extension thriller there were Levert and Niang, who have been solid since their marketing to the Hawks for Cleveland. A Top-75 player from the agreement, Niang finished Wednesday’s defeat with 21 points (8 of 16 fg, 1 of 1 fts), four rebounds, three assists, one robbery, two blocks and four three points a 34 points. As for Levert, which ranked out of the top 100 in eight -cat formats two three points in 35 minutes. With Jalen Johnson made for the season and Larry Nance Jr. For at least six weeks, there is a large space for Niang and Levert to contribute coherently.
Sg/sf quentin grimes (15%), Philadelphia 76ers
With Tyrese Maxay and Joel Embiid Due to injury, the 76ers needed the others to increase on Wednesday. Grimes and Kelly Oubre Jr. They responded to the call, and this is already in more than 50% of Yahoo leagues. This is not the case with Grimes, which began and ended the loss in the networks with 30 points (10 of 18 FG, 6 of 9 feet), nine rebounds, four assists, two robberies, one block and four three points in 36 minutes. It has reached double figures in the four games since it was commercialized from Dallas to Philadelphia. There is room for the offensive production of Grimes, especially if Image must waste longer.
PG/SG/SF Gary Trent Jr. (14%), Milwaukee Bucks
On Wednesday, the Bucks were left without Damian Lillard and Giannis Antekounmpo, which means that there were more traits available for those healthy enough to play. Trent took advantage, shooting the 8 of 12 in the field. Milwaukee’s victory over Minnesota with 21 points, a rebound, two assists, a robbery and three three points in 29 minutes. The value outside the points and the three points was limited, but this was a main place to convey thirty, and those who did so were rewarded.
PF Obi Toppin (6%), Indiana Pacers
The pacers remained without Myles Turner (Coll) for Wednesday’s game against Washington. While Thomas Bryant (12%) made 11 rebounds and five assists, Toppin was huge for fantasy managers. In 33 minutes from the bench, he finished the victory of the extension with 31 points (11 of 19 FG, 3 of 3 feet), 10 rebounds, two assists, a block and six three points. A two -digit scorer in five of his last seven games, Toppin set up a high season in points and rebounds, and the six triples coincided with his career. As with Bryant, whether or not you will have a fantastic value immediately outside the All-Star rupture depends on Turner’s availability.
