Dozens of people are afraid of a massive cloud, caused by flash floods in the Northern State of Uttakhand in India.
The rescue team, including the army staff, are on the way to the town of Dharali in the Utarkashi district, believed to suffered flood rumors.

“I’ve been informed about a cloud of Uttarkashi. We’re working to rescue people,” said Pushkar Singh Dhami’s General Minister of Local Media.
Prashant Arya, the district of the Magistrate of the Uttarkashi district, says communication is incorrect due to poor connectivity.
“Since it has a populated area with many restaurants and hotels, we sent the rescue team to the site,” he said.
