Giants van Linebackker Brian burns believes that talent on the list this season is good enough for a big turnaround. It’s on the players to happen.
“Everyone is encouraged and excited and hypered at the beginning of the season,” Burns said. “At the same time, we look great on paper, but not working? So it’s all about us. All we want to go. All we have and potential, but until we put a stamp.
He asked if it was something reminded her teammates in his role of veteran leaders, burns said that everyone in the cabinet for cabinets already understood.
“I don’t feel like it’s necessary,” Burns said. “I feel like everyone is working hard. No one is entitled to any hyper we have. I think everyone has a common understanding that we should draw here and show.”
Burns spent his first five NFL seasons with Panther, who had a losing record of all five years, and then traded the giants last year and passed the ugly season 3-14. He is ready to play for a team that doesn’t seem just good on paper, but actually shows it.
