Brennan Poole, Sheldon Creed walks away from the devastating accident in Bristol Xfinity Race

Bristol, tenn. – Brennan Poole and Sheldon Creed both knocked the sky out of them, but walked away from a devastating accident in Saturday’s Xfinity Series race on Bristol Motor Speedway.

Creed was hit and spun late in the first phase of the race from behind by Dean Thompson, and he let sideways rest on the leaches. One car slipped into Creed’s car in front of Poole, unable to avoid faith, in Creed’s car. The contact did extensive damage to Poole’s car and ripped off the right rear wheel.

“It took the breath out of me,” Poole said after leaving the Infield Care Center. “I talked to Sheldon as we got into the trailer, and he said it also took the breath out of him.”

Poole said there was no way to avoid Creed’s car.

“I was back to the guest coming from the corner,” Poole said. “I can’t see. I couldn’t see (creed). My mocker said to check. I immediately started looking as soon as I saw him in the frame before I could see from my windshield. He was in the middle of the track. I just didn’t expect him to be there first. I started to rinse and nailed him. ‘

Creed said, ‘Brandon just didn’t see me. It happens every year here. Only things happen so fast and you go so fast. Not much time to prevent a car from sitting in the middle of the lane as I was.

“I feel good. I haven’t knocked the sky out of me in a long time. ‘

Both Creed and Poole were one of the four cars eligible for the Xfinity Dash 4 Cash $ 100,000 bonus in Saturday’s race.
