Ben Johnson is scheduled to interview with the Patriots Raiders on Friday

The Lions are leaving this weekend, but offensive coordinator Ben Johnson is set to have a busy couple of days.

Johnson is scheduled to conduct interviews with four teams searching for new coaches over the next two days. According to multiple reports, Johnson will meet with the Patriots and Raiders on Friday before moving on to speak to the Jaguars and Bears on Saturday.

All interviews will be conducted remotely as candidates currently working for NFL teams cannot meet in person at this stage of the search process.

Johnson’s work with the Lions over the past three seasons has made him a popular candidate in three straight coaching rotations. He has withdrawn his name from consideration in the past two years, and it remains to be seen whether the third time will be the charm for Johnson’s climb up the coaching ladder.
