It is officially that time of year. The moment when fantasy basketball managers become fantasy basketball legends. It can be lucky when it comes to success at the beginning of the year, but the best fantasy managers are able to identify the boys in the resignation thread that can help them win their league when everyone lacks half the team they wrote due to injury.
This only makes these columns even more important, so secure -check them during the week. After 12 games on Monday, here are 14 options to raise -pick up.
SG / SF AJ Lawson (Less than 1% ranked Yahoo! Leagues), Toronto raptors
Lawson stole the spotlight on Monday. He did not play a role for Toronto this season and, after two unproductive beginnings, was pushed on the bench for Monday’s game. However, he exploded to settle with 32 points, 12 rebounds and seven three points. The raptors have clearly changed to the tank mode, which means there should be many minutes for Lawson for the rest of the season. Toronto plays three more games this week.
C Orlando Robinson (1%), Toronto raptors
Robinson returned to the initial program at the site of Jakob Poeltl, who spent a night’s rest on Monday. Robinson recorded his first double double from 2023 with 13 points, 11 rebounds and four assists. He should see more beginnings as the season progresses with Poeltl, which probably has more days of “rest” to improve their odds of lottery.
Sg/sf quentin grimes (49%), Philadelphia 76ers
Seriously, it should be classified in a more league. He had 35 points, seven rebounds, six assists, three robberies, one block and five three points on Monday. During the last two weeks, he occupied the Top-40 in nine cats leagues. Philadelphia has been playing without his stars, and that should continue. Grimes will be the focal point of the offense of the rest of the season. Philadelphia has three more games this week.
PG/SG JARED Butler (1%), Philadelphia 76ers
Butler returned to the initial program Monday and contributed 11 points, three rebounds and six assists with three triples. 24 hours earlier, he had 15 points, nine assists and three three -pointers from the bench. Butler should play an important role for the rest of the season and has been successful during the “silly season” with Washington in recent years.
SG/SF Dalton Knecht (16%), Los Angeles Lakers
The Lakers played the game Monday without LeBron James, Rui Hachimura and Dorian Finney-Smith, who allowed Knecht to go to the start line. He contributed 19 points, four rebounds, one assistant and three three -pointers. He has marked in double figures in four of the last five Lakers games and could remain in the start with James Set to lose several games. The one still has three more games this week.
Pg/sg gabe vincent (1%), Los Angeles Lakers
Like Knecht, Vincent moved on Monday to the beginning line. He contributed 24 points, three assists and six three points in 34 minutes. Vincent has not contributed much to fantasy managers this season, but everyone will have to step on Lebron.
Pg/sg keon Johnson (12%), Brooklyn’s grandchildren
Brooklyn is the only team that plays five games this week, which makes all their boys more attractive. Johnson finished with 18 points, three rebounds, three assists, a robbery and three triples in 25 minutes as the starter on Monday. This is more opportunities than the production of individual games, but Johnson has had some solid performances since the All-Star pause and it was even better before that.
SG/SF KYSHAWN GEORGE (17%), Washington Wizards
Rookie continues to earn her money in fantastic basketball in the defensive end. It has eight blocks on the last two games of Washington, with five on Monday. He also had 13 points, three rebounds, three assists and three triples. The shooting will be inconsistent, but defensive production has been impressive. Washington has three more games this week.
Pg three jones (10%), Chicago Bulls
Jones has started the last four games of Chicago and has promised 13 points, 5.3 rebounds and six assists per game. On Monday, he had eight points, three rebounds and eight assists. However, Josh Giddey came out early with a right ankle injury, which is the same ankle as Giddey injured earlier this season and during the Olympic Games. Chicago has only two more games this week and do not play again until Thursday. However, if Giddey loses time, Jones will probably be asked to take more responsibility as a player.
Huge sg / sf Kevin (6%), Chicago Bulls
Huerter also benefits Giddey out of list. Huerter will have the opportunity to return to the initial unit if Giddey loses time. He has marked in double figures in seven games in a row and had 23 points and seven triples in his only start for Chicago.
PG/SG CASON WALLACE (14%), Oklahoma City Thunder
Jalen Williams (Hip) came out at the beginning of Monday’s game. Wallace started in the second half and contributed 12 points, three rebounds, eight assists, three robberies, one block and two three -pointers in 29 minutes. OKC has three more games this week and Wallace will have the opportunity to start if Jdub loses more time.
PG/SG Spencer Dinwiddie (22%), Dallas Mavericks
Dywiddie has been a bit disappointing since Kyrie Irving went down, but left 28 points on Monday, seven rebounds, six assists and four three points. They only had eight players available, which makes Dinkiddie difficult to leave in the resignation thread, even if it has not been fantastic recently. Dallas has three more games this week.
SF/PF/C KESSler Edwards (6%), Dallas Mavericks
Edwards had the best game of his career, as he set up 22 points and 11 rebounds on Monday. He has been a consistent headline for Dallas and is inside the Top-50 in nine cats leagues last week. It is a small sample size, but its role should be safe, which is worth considering.
PG/SG MILES MCBRIDE (16%), New York Knicks
After a disappointing start to the place of Jalen Brunson (ankle), McBride contributed 21 points, three rebounds, seven assists, two robberies and four three points in shot of 7 of 11 Monday. New York has only two more games this week, but they have four next week, and Brunson is not likely to return.
