Aryana Sabalenka has moved out of the Montreal Tournament, chose for extra rest before preparing our open


Montreal-top Ariana Sabalenka National Bank has moved from the Open, chose additional rest options before preparing for the US Open title.

“I am looking forward to kicking North America’s hard-court swing, but this season I decided to give myself the best chance of success that Montreal is the best interest for me to avoid,” Sabalenka said in a statement issued by the tournament on Wednesday.

Sabalenka is coming out of a semifinal presence in Wimbledon, where he lost to Amanda Anisimova.

National Bank Open 2 July 2 July will begin on July. Instead of Sabalenka you can return to the Cincinnati Open in early August, with the first round of the first round of the US Open on August 25. Sabalenka won the title for the first time in 2021.

The tournament also announced that the tenth rank Paula Badosa was withdrawn due to injury. Katie McNley and Mayuka Uchijima replaced Sabalenka and Badosa in the main draw.
