The Bears appointed Dennis Allen Defense Coordinator and the attack coordinator of the DECLAN Doyle on Tuesday. They also announced that Richard Hitur will continue as a coordinator of the special teams.
The three were reported previously.
“While we start in the next stage of our work, I feel overwhelmingly welcoming Dennis and Diklan in the bears, and I am excited because Richard will continue to lead our own teams.”
Allen was recently the coach of the saints, who launched him after the ninth week this season.
He held the position of defensive coordinator for The Broncos (2011) and Saints (2015-21) and was the main coach of The Raiders (2012-14), so he is an experienced connected.
Johnson said: “Chicago Birz has a floors history on the defensive side of the ball, and Dennis’s experience and its leadership and APT will be very important to develop our players and our team,” Johnson said. “A wonderful defensive mind with the American Football Association coach, I look forward to coordinating Dennis our defense and helping to lead our team.”
Doyle joins the bears after spent the past two seasons in the leadership of Broncos’s narrow collection. He contributed four years as an offensive assistant with the saints (2019-22).
Johnson said: “The mind of an intense and innovative attack is that Diklan’s work ethics will be an enormous advantage as we work to build our offensive unit.” “Diklan brings a unique skills set in caring for details, as well as individual development and collective growth.”
Hightow returns to his fourth season as a coordinator of The Bears Special teams in 2025. He has 18 years of US Football Association training experiences.
Johnson said: “A huge reputation precedes him, it was amazing to get to know Richard, watch from afar about the skill of the coach, and the extent of his passion for the leader, which is what he is,” Johnson said. “I look forward to Richard’s leadership on our private teams and our team as a whole.”
