Madrid – IGA Sweetch fight continues.
Unable to take good action in the court again, the five -time Grand Slam champion Madrid increased the continuity of not reaching the final by losing -1-5, -1-3 to the semifinals of the Madrid Open.
Sweetch has not crossed the last four in a tournament after winning the Fourth-French Open last June. He has not won only two or less games in any surface match since 2019.
“I think I’m not going well,” said Sotech. “Tennis was also turned on and off, you know, for most tournaments. So I was not really sure what’s in my tool box. I had no plan because nothing was working today.”
The second ranked Sweetch said that “all kinds of collapsed” in court was due to his problems.
“I feel like I know before the shots, I wasn’t in the right place with my legs,” he said. “Yes, I hope I would get better, because I think it will get me back, because it usually happens. But today I certainly didn’t move well.”
Sweetch lost six games for the second direct day. He was healed to lose the first set of 0-6 to the Madison keys in the quarterfinals. In his opening match in Madrid, Sweetch adolescent Alexandra Ila followed a set of a set and a break before going back.

Sweetake said he didn’t think his struggles were associated with lack of ongoing confidence.
“No, because I felt well today,” he said. “From my attitude or my emotions I am not a different player than me in the past years.”
The WTA said the four -time French Open champion Sweetch was almost unbeatable on the ground. The Steffi Graph (.750) has won more than the top 10 opponents over the Sweetch (.700) in the previous 35 years.
