Aaron Glenn on Physical Monday Practice: Works all I can to win matches

Aaron Glenn launched a significant change in the way the jets are practiced in their first training as the main coach.

Practice on Monday was the first in full pads this summer and journalists at the session noticed that it was especially physical. Players who deal with teammates are highlighted and full of speed 1-on-1 drill between offensive excavators and pass the Rusher, which members of the Veteran from the Team, told the most practice they saw in years.

At the press conference after practice, Glenn asked the risk of injuries and said that “injuries part of this game and there is no way to hide from them.”

“The principles of this game will never change,” Glenn said, via Ralph Vacchiano fox. “Running, blocking, resolving. If you don’t exercise that, I as the main coach, how do I give our guys a chance to win? The only way to improve It is in something to tail. . . . They bought it. They understand that I try to do whatever I can help them beat matches. “

Jets were not played since the 2010 season, so it is clear that a new approach is needed to achieve the type of results they want on the table. Glenn made significant, but it will be a little longer before we learn if it pays off.
