Scottie Scheffler field for the Genesis field next week, which has eight top 10 players in the world, along with a mixture of PGA tour and its own tour.
World no. 1 skipped last year’s event in the Renaissance Club in North Berwick to fill and spend more time with his family, including his son Bennett. Scheffler made three previous Scottish beginnings, with the best ending, T-3, who come two years ago.
No. 2 Rory Mcilroy and no. 3 Xander Schaufele are also set to find him in Scotland, although no. 6 Russell Henley and no. 7 Keegan Bradley won’t.
Other significant liabilities include Robert Macintyr defenders, Recent older winner Padraig Harrington and Corey Conners, which are first played from the US withdrawal open with the right wrist injury.
The four exemptions of the sponsor are Luke Clanton, David Ford, Alex Noren and Brandt Snedeker.
This is the fourth year in a row that Genesis Scottish Open Coonctisters PGA Tour and the DP World Tour in the Renaissance Club in the northern Berwick, Scotland.
