ST. Petersburg, FL. – Professional tennis players who take time from competition for a fertility system as eggs or fetal frost will protect their ranking under Wednesday Wednesday.
It follows the launch of the given maternity holiday and gives grants to take fertility protection measures in women’s tennis.
Under the new protected ranking rule, players can use special ranking to enter three tournaments, covering the absence of fertility method. Players were already qualified to protect the ranking during other ways of being pregnant or parents.
“For any woman, the family life vs. Career’s conversation is short and complex,” the 2017 US Open Champion Slowen Stephens said in a statement published on the visit. “WAA has now created a safe place to explore players’ options and make the best decisions for yourself.”
