One player defeating both the NFL offensive and defensive Rookie award in the year, would seem unimaginable until the Travis hunter came. But he moves in the 2025 season, Hunter has the right chance on both.
Hunter, Jaguars’ Wide Receiver / Artist, currently has the third shortest prospects for the conquest of insulting nookie in the year, and he also has the third shortest prospects for the conquest of the Defensive Rookie Year.
In an offensive category, Hunter’s quotas are on +900 in Fanduel. Only attackers run back Ashton Jeperty on +250 and Titans Quarterback Cam Ward at +320 are seen as more likely than Hunter to win the reward.
In the Defense category, hunters are at +1000. Only Giants Edge Rusher Abdul Carter on +250 and Falcons Linebacker Jalon Walker on +700 are looking as more likely to get it. San Francisco Defensive End Mykel Williams is tied to a hunter at +1000.
Hunter victory both awards in the same year is an extreme long shot, but that even in conversation is the impressive sign of his skill set. In addition to winning Heishan’s Trophy last year, Hunter won Chuck Bednarik Award as the best defensive player and Fred Biletkoff Award as the best wide receiver. He could add another trophy into his Montel this season. Maybe even more than one.
