The new deal with Buccaneers could not have prevented Liam Coen from conducting an interview with Jaguars

By all standards, Liam Quinn’s position marched sideways because his new contract with hackers was conditional on understanding that he would not travel to Jacksonville to conduct a personal interview with the Jaguar team.
