The USGA uses a session with two excavation holes in American woman open.
If two or more players are related after 72 holes of the Regulation, they will play two additional holes as predetermined by primary officers. If the players are still tied, they will compete in sudden death.
This is the same system, the USGA uses for men US Open.
The American woman opened a two-point aggregate from 2018. year, which was the latest tour of the tournament (defeated Ariya Jutanugarn in sudden death).
Since 2007-17, USA has used a system of three and four holes. Before that, the playoffs of 18 holes was used after the last round.
