Pro Tennis Tour file motion to dismiss the antitrust suit from Novak Djokovic Players Association

Professional Tennis Tours and two other accused jointly filed a proposal in the Federal Court of the New York, which is a co-founded group of Novak Djokovich to dismiss the class-action antitrust case filed by the Professional Tennis Players Association.

The PTPA has filed a WTA Women’s Tour, ATP Men’s Tour, International Tennis Federation (ITF) and International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA), calling them “cartel” in March, and anti-demolition and anti-corruption efforts.

Players are seeking a larger part of the revenue and raised various allegations of how tennis is structured, which lacks awards money limitations and competition from rival tour or tournament.

The PTPA 24-times was founded by the Grand Slam champion of the Grand Slam and Vasek Pospisil, which originally represented individual contractors in separate games.

Executive Director of this group Ahmed NASA has repeatedly said that it is not a full-fledged union, not members and does not collect arrears-all of them are indicated in the PTPA case as a plaintiff. This speed came from four accused.

A separate speed filed by the WA has been said that the male plaintiff-22222 Wimbledon runner-up Nick Kirgios, Riley Opelka and Tennis Sandgren were among the people who were named after the plaintiff-those who should be involved with Srana Sirstia and Verbara Grachv.

“Not surprisingly at their speed,” the PTPA told the Associated Press a statement in a statement. “We have done all the issues prolonged before filed our case and are expected to respond properly and make the judge a decision.”
