MANILA, Philippines – Ilocos Norte will be buzzing for the last week of May as it hosts the 65th edition of the Palarong Pambansa.

The top elementary and high school student-athletes in the country see action in different parts of the province, with 11 cities and municipalities serving as sports venues.

Here is the general schedule of Palaro:

• May 24 – Opening ceremony at the Ferdinand E. Marcos Memorial Stadium
• May 25 – Larong Pinoy and exhibition sports
• May 26 to 30 – Competition proper
• May 31 – Closing ceremony
