During the league’s general assembly on Sunday, May 18, Aktor PH chairman Dingdong Dantes explained that they built the website with the goal of making all the actors in the Philippines searchable in one place, especially when there are casting calls for TV and film productions.
“Ito ‘yung representation natin hindi lang sa Pilipinas kung ‘di for future purposes pati sa ibang bansa kapag may casting para sa mga artista. Para makita nila kung saan ba natin matatagpuan ang mga aktor sa Pilipinas,” Dantes said.
