The 2025 NFL Draft doesn’t start until April 24 in Green Bay, but the Tennessee Titans took the first overall pick, the Browns took the second pick, the Giants picked third, the Patriots picked fourth and the Jaguars picked fifth. Draft picks are awarded in order of lowest winning percentage, with the tiebreaker being the opponent’s winning percentage, with the team that played the easiest schedule selected first. If teams have the same strength of schedule, a division or conference tiebreaker will apply. If divisional or conference barriers are not applicable, or ties still exist between teams from different conferences, ties will be broken by the following tie-breaking method:
The 18 ineligible teams get the first 18 picks. The six losers in the playoff round get picks 19 to 24, the losers of the four divisional round get picks 25 to 28, the losers of the conference championship game get picks 29 and 30, the loser of the Super Bowl gets pick 31, and the winner of the Super Bowl gets picks 31. Bowl on pick 32.
The 2025 NFL Draft will be held Thursday through Saturday, April 24-26, 2025, in Green Bay, around Lambeau Field and the Titletown area. The first round will be on Thursday evening, the second and third rounds on Friday nights, and the fourth to seventh rounds on Saturday during the day.
Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders is the betting favorite to be the first overall pick. He is followed by Colorado quarterback/wide receiver Travis Hunter, Miami quarterback Cam Ward, and Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe.
