When he finally broke the silence on Thursday, Aaron Rodgers said a lot. And there is still a lot to say about what he said.
Let’s focus on his decision to fly to New Jersey on a meeting with the new Jazz Jazova Aaron Glenn. When he left California for his transverse country On my own dime Trek, what did he really expect?
Woody Johnson was recently. Rodgers said a lot of things about the culture of the organization, especially as it refers to “chicken“Leakage and Johnson Failure to Public Support Coach and GM
Rodgers is also smart enough (or at least should be) to know that with Johnson will hire bills of Bill Parcells to be the main coach, things will be very different. No more peaks around gentle genius. It is a football and it is a team, and the coach always outweighs a return blow, and every other player.
So, or Rodgers went there to cause an inevitable showdown (which could appeal later) or persuade them to give him a chance. And they somehow did. When Glenn asked if he wanted to play football, he didn’t say, “Damn it!” He said, “Yes, I’m interested.” (Which sounds creepy similar: “Yes, I was immunized.”)
Wrong response, Aaron. They already had concerns. They already had reservations. They were already ambivalent in the best condition to keep a player whose acquisition became the first domino in the chain of events that shot the coach Robert Saleh and GM Joe Douglas.
Rodgers moved to the idea that the jets did not want to withstand his influence in the way the new regime looked bad. And, by mounting your McAfee Bully Preacher to give up the nozzles, that’s exactly What did he do. He called the jets “but a debacle, in some cases.” So why did he “care” in playing “?
He knew or he should have known, what would he say. He could ask them before he entered the plane to wasting time.
If he is smart because he claims he was, he knew what was happening. And fair is wonder if he went there to let it happen to happen, so it could then be taken as a victim after the fact.
On Thursday, Rodgers showed nozzles right in his decision to tell him to move on. And gave any other interested in this clear warning: he is I’ll get you next.
