David Lynch, director of Twin Peaks and Blue Velvet, dies at the age of 78
“It is with deep regret that we and his family announce the passing of the man and artist David Lynch. We would appreciate some privacy at this time. There is a big hole in the world now that he is no longer with us. But as he says: ‘Keep your eye on the cake and not the hole.’
He also created the short-lived but popular classic TV series Twin Peakswhich ran for two seasons from 1990 to 1991. It spawned a 1992 prequel and Season 3 in 2017.
