Chad Bowden has a strategy for making Usc Football is great again.

Trojans The new General Manager built robust staff of the front office not only with bodies, but some of the best recruitment and scout minds across the country.

Bowden came from Gospina Where he helped build an Irish list he did at the State Championship last season. Dre Brown came from Illinois After the phenomenal season in which Ilini won 10 games for the first time in more than two decades. Max Stienecker Is one of the best young minds in the game and he came from Wisconsin.

The entire host of others and Bowden sees them not only as associates, but also family members with the same mission: to focus on the national feature.

“We have a collaborative approach,” Bowden said. “That’s how we’ll do it. I and the coach (Lincoln) Riley will work hand in hand together. We hired one of the best front offices in football with the faculty. We have the best front office in college football.

“This is the best front office I’ve leaned. I’m so proud of what we’re up to. This is what’s okay. We all know how to work out. We’re gathering to build the best grade in our mind and help train Riley and this program improvement.”

What is the plan to do that?

It starts building a large, old fence around California and does not release the best players more. The USC already has 14 promises in 2026 classes – nine from the state – and on the national class of early rank.

Trojans turned in a four-star neighborhood John Williams from Oregon. They locked in a high four-star-defensive back Brandon Lockhart. And many of the largest fish are still there, especially now with Fhin-Star Chatsworth (Calif.) Sierra Canyon teammates Richard Wesley and Havon Finney Jr. Reclasification on Class 2026.

After victory in 11 games in 1. year under Riley, the Trojans stopped and went 8-5 and 7-6 for the last two seasons. With this new staff of the front office in place and elite assistants with Tonsa NFL experience, USC feels in the right direction.

“We talked about this class when we first talked about me going to USC, we really talked about California in 2026. And 2027. And what we really can and we can get closer,” Bowden said.

“I was always on top when I first arrived and we hit the country. All that I and Coach Riley are working together. There will be really positive for the program and the city of California to keep children who are home.

“We wish the best players who play for USC and stay at home in this country. We have respect for every high school and I believe that in California is the best high school football. It’s my real belief and always been my belief.

“The main focus must keep these kids near the house and keep them in California, there are such great school players, where there are such great soccer, keeping them in the state, build a fence in LA, pay huge dividends.”

California is the main priority and Bowden said that he thinks that the USC can get “everything we want” in the state, which means in the spectrum position, it’s all in gold.

There was a belief in recruiting circles that when it comes to petroleum and skill players, it may not be a better place from California, but for offensive Lanemene, border holes and beef wins in trenches, Trojans must go to national.

Bowden does not necessarily subscribe to that idea, but continues citizenship will be a priority as well as Trojans already have a devotion to the Defense End of Williams and the Defensive End of Four Star Braeden JonesBoth from Illinois, four stars Xavier Griffin From Gainesville, it. II have offered many others throughout the southeastern talent.

“We’ll get out of the country and get the best players outside the state worth this place that they want to be part of what we build and do,” Bowden said. “They know who they are.

“I heard that notion that you can’t get some good leagues or edge holes or you can’t get the best corners, I just don’t believe it. Here you can get everything you want and get the best they are here.”

The USC has bitten the snake a decommized last recruiting cycle, especially the elite southeastern prospects. At one point, five stars Justus Terry, Isaiah Gibson, Julian Lewis and Hylton Stubbs all were committed along with four stars Jerome Myles, Hayden LoweOffensive Line Carde Smithdefensive back Anquon FegansLinebacker You Jacksondefensive back Shamar Arnoux and others.

The decant will always happen especially in the nyl world, but it will not stop Bowden’s attack plan.

“You have to get your right,” Bowden said. “We have real in our team and in our class that is about this place, not only when they are here, but also in the NFL, not only be successful in the NFL.

“We have everything for them. We want to make sure that children who are far from home realize everything they receive. Those we have in our team and those we employ, they will.”
