Tell me how to fix the rot in my brain and regain my attention span

I miss having a clearer mind. I don’t know how to fix it. My attention is poor, it’s hard for me to read books, my memory is bad and it’s hard to retain information, I miss reading but I literally can’t read. Feel so stupid? What do I do
