The American Football Association grant helps Atlantic East become the first NCAA conference with football for women


The US Football Association’s ongoing efforts to promote the football flag led to the NCAA conference, making women’s football for the first time.

The Division III AtANTIC EAST conference announced that this spring will include the first football season for women in the history of NCAA, and the conference is credited with credit A grant from the American Football Association The RCX SPORTS, the official operator of the American Football Association flag, to make the season possible.

Flag Football will be an Olympic sport for both men and women in 2028, and Rebecca Moulin, the temporary commissioner for Atlantic East, said that there is optimism that the popularity of increasing sport will lead to the NCAA National Football Championship for Women’s Science in the coming years.

Seven schools will participate in the opening football season in Atlantic East: Centenary University, Eastern University, Holy Family University, IMMACULATA University, Marimaont University, Newman University, Pennsylvania Shuelkel State. Other schools – Castin Hill College and Mariowood University – adhered to the difference in 2026.

NFL football promotion included a campaign to make it a secondary school sport for girls in all fifty states, an effort that has been highlighted in a Super Bowl Commercial this year.
