Colts sign LB Cameron McGrone to one-year extension

Linebacker Cameron McGrone will remain with the Colts in 2025.

The Colts announced on Monday that they had signed McGrone to a one-year contract extension. McGrone was slated to be an exclusive free agent this offseason.

McGrone was a 2021 fifth-round pick of the Patriots but never made a regular season appearance before joining the Colts in December 2022. He played in one game that season and has played in 21 games over the last two years.

McGrone played almost the entire time on special teams and accounted for 11 tackles.
